This policy explains what personal data is handled when you visit newvisionsourcing.com, and what your rights are. We have kept the site simple on purpose, so there is not much to tell.

What we collect
- Nothing through forms. The site has no sign-up form, account area or comment box, so we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number here.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Technical data. When a page loads, your browser sends standard information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested and the time. The server that hosts the site may keep this in its ordinary logs for security and to keep the site running.
Files loaded from other servers
To display the site we load typefaces from Google Fonts and layout files from the jsDelivr content network. Those services receive your IP address and basic request details so they can deliver the files, and they handle that data under their own policies. We do not use them to track you.
Following a link to the provider
When you click a button that leads to a provider's website, you leave our site. The link carries a code in its address that lets the provider recognise that the visit came from us. Whatever you do on the provider's site, including registering, is handled by the provider under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your registration details.
Why we use data, and on what basis
- To run and secure the site: our legitimate interest in providing a working, safe website.
- To reply to your emails: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you ask us to take.

Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. Data may be handled by the hosting and infrastructure providers that help us run the site, and disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as needed to deal with your question and to meet legal obligations, then delete them. Server logs are kept for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
Transfers outside your country
Some of the services mentioned above may process data outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it relies on safeguards recognised by applicable data protection law.
Your rights
